Fuel Safe 2.25" Quarter-Turn Filler Cap

Brand: Fuel Safe Fuel Cells

This "bayonet" cap installs and removes with just a quarter-turn twist. The included lanyard helps to keep it from growing legs.

The 2 1/4" (nominal) quarter-turn cap fits some fuel cell fill plates and fill valves as well as our Recessed Fender Filler (Part No. 2515) or our 2.25" OD Steel Filler Neck (Part No. FS FN225L). Non-vented cap includes a cork gasket. Sold individually.

The 2 1/4" nominal size refers to the gasket OD (actual cap OD is nearly 3"). The cap fits a fill neck measuring 1 1/2" ID with two retaining tab cutouts.

The replacement 2.25" Filler Cap Gasket is also available separately (Part No. FS 1GAS01).
