This adjustable mount clamps onto your rollbar tubing to mount the AiM SmartyCam HD (Part No. MC-558 or MC-599, sold separately) or any other small camera with a 1/4-20 mount.*
Two pivoting ball joints allow a wide range of adjustment, and the V-shaped base and two different size hose clamps fit a wide range of tubing sizes, from 1" to 2" OD. The standard 1/4-20 threaded mounting stud fits any camera (under 10 oz) with a standard tripod mount.** Includes V-base with ball, double clamp collar, top ball with mounting stud, 2 hose clamps, rubber isolator strap, and spacer washer.
*SCCA Club Racing Rules require cameras over 2 ounces to be secured with an additional Camera Security Strap (Part No. 2422, sold separately).
** Very small cameras such as "lipstick" or "bullet" cameras and GoPro cameras do not have this mount and will require an adapter (not included).

Alternate Arms for V-Base Mount (Part No. MC-565-Length), which allow you to position the camera closer to or farther away from the bar. This kit includes the Medium length arm.
