This Ford Racing wet sump oil pump is standard on the Ford 4.6L 4-valve V-8 engine. It delivers higher volume than the pump used on the 4.6L 2-valve engine. Includes oil pick-up tube with strainer.

Note: Using a high-volume oil pump with standard bearing clearances can cause abnormally high oil pressure, which can cause premature wear to the distributor drive gear.
