These high-strength forged steel eyebolts are designed for mounting driver restraint harnesses with snap-in end plates. The 7/16-20 UNF threads fit the industry-standard seat belt mounting points in most modern production-based cars.* The length of the shank is about 0.85 inches (measured from the shoulder). The 15.5mm ID and 7.5mm thick ring work with standard snap-in end plates (sold separately). This pack of six eyebolts is enough to mount an entire 6-point harness. FIA approved.
* If your car does not have 7/16-20 threaded inserts, the OMP Seat Belt Eyebolt Backing Plates (Part No. OMP-DB418/6, sold separately) are the FIA-approved mates for these eyebolts.
