Use these fittings to adapt your female BSPT (British Standard Pipe, Tapered) ports to accept more common AN plumbing. All of these adapters have male BSPT threads at one end and a standard male AN (JIC, 37° convex flare) at the other. All are unplated stainless steel. Sold individually.
Tapered threads require the use of a pipe sealant such as Loctite 565 PST Thread Sealant (Part No. LT-37396, sold separately).
Note: BSP and NPT nomenclature can be confusing because the nominal size refers to the inside diameter of the pipe, not the outside diameter of the threads. If you are not sure what size you need, check in our Threaded Fitting Guide.
