White Scotchcal Circle

White background circles like these have been used for many years to make racecar numbers easier to read. Some racing organizations require them. Scotchcal® vinyl has a high-strength adhesive on the back for long life. Use with our Custom-Cut Vinyl Numbers (Part No. 33-Size-Black, sold separately).
