Based on the popular Tilton 75 Series Compact Master Cylinder (Part No. 3506), the Tilton 76 Series Compact Master Cylinder features a threaded inlet port designed to accept 4AN (7/16-20) fittings or direct screw-on reservoirs (fittings and reservoirs sold separately).
The 76 Series cylinder body features the same compact 3.2" length as the Tilton 75 Series, but it has both the front-facing outlet port and a second upward-facing outlet port, like on the original full-size 74 Series. The 76 Series also has the standard 2.25" mounting bolt hole spacing and 5/16-24 pushrod thread common to most other master cylinders. Uses the same rebuild kit as the 75 series. Despite the compact size, the 76 Series provides a full 1.1" stroke -- the same as the full-size 74 Series! These single-circuit master cylinders can be used for either clutch or brakes. The EPDM seals are formulated to work with any DOT-rated brake fluid (not for use with hydraulic oil).
