These compact yet heavy-duty clamp assemblies are designed to provide a leak-free flexible union between two tubes which can be easily disconnected.

Each assembly includes two weld-on ferrules, two O-rings, an outer sealing ring, and an outer clamshell clamp with a locking over-center clasp. Just weld a ferrule to the end of each pipe, slip the sealing ring over the two ferrules, and snap the clamp together over the assembly. The clasp has a built-in lock that engages automatically, so there is no worry about the clasp popping open. But releasing the clasp is as easy as pressing a button while pushing on the latch. You can even do it one-handed!

All components except the clasp and O-rings are constructed of 6061-T6 billet aluminum. The outer clamp ring is black anodized; the ferrules are left uncoated for easy welding. The ferrules also have a small counterbore for your tubing to slip into to ensure a strong weld.

Sorry, step sizing is not possible (a 3.00" clamp ring will only fit over a pair of 3.00" ferrules).
