Aeroflow Steel Stat-O-Seal Sealing Washers

Stat-O-Seals consist of a Buna-N inner seal bonded to the center of a steel washer. The rubber insert is molded to be slightly thicker than the washer, though not quite as thick as a standard rubber O-ring. The steel washer reinforces the rubber portion, preventing it from blowing out under pressure. Use them to seal screws, bolts, or plumbing fittings against flat-faced ports.

The Buna-N rubber is resistant to water, oil, and petroleum fuels (not for use with brake fluid). Stat-O-Seals should not be used to replace O-rings on chamfered ports.
