Fire-resistant undergarments provide a dramatic increase in protection when worn with a driver's suit. Flame resistant underwear and socks are required by many race sanctioning bodies.

The OMP Tecnica Evo long underwear bottoms were designed with input from pro racers. They are made of a very smooth single layer soft knit blend of flame-retardant aramid fibers. Special extra-breathable "3D knit" areas are strategically placed to allow perspiration to evaporate without sacrificing protection. These areas are positioned to line up with corresponding breathable inserts in OMP One and OMP Tecnica Evo driving suits. A wide elastic waist and ultra-flat seams add to comfort. Per FIA requirements, there is no front fly opening to sacrifice safety. This 2026 updated version is 15% lighter than the previous generation! FIA 8856-2018 homologated. Available in Silver-White (very light grey) or Anthracite (very dark grey), each with a contrasting OMP logo on the right knee.

Note: These bottoms have a slim, athletic cut with increased elasticity to avoid bunching and bagginess. They are designed to be a tight stretch fit.
