FMSI D149 pad shape fits some late 1970s - 1990s GM pickups and vans. Note that this was not the only pad available on these trucks. This was the "base" pad size; GM also offered a much larger optional caliper which takes a different pad. Please compare the shape against your old pad to determine if it will fit.
