The 965BA Series safety valve wrenches from Beta Tools are designed specifically to give you extra leverage to turn a valve handle. This can save critical seconds when trying to stem a leak or contamination. The copper-beryllium (Cu-Be) construction is non-sparking, making it ideal for use in environments with combustible gasses* in the atmosphere.

This 965BA/45 model measures 350mm long (L) with 15mm diameter (Ø) pins spaced 45mm apart (A). Weighs 610g. The handle portion is knurled for a secure grip. Natural brass color only. Sold individually.

Note: The Cu-Be material is softer than steel, so care must be taken to apply force gradually. Never pound on the handle or add a "cheater" pipe to increase leverage! Doing so will damage the tool and void the lifetime warranty.

* Not for use in or around acetylene! Acetylene gas can react with the copper in this tool to form acetylide, a powerful explosive.
