High-performance ARP Rod Bolts are constructed of 8740 chrome moly steel, heat-treated to 200,000 psi tensile strength for greater reliability than any OEM rod bolt.

This kit includes a full set of eight press-fit rod bolts and matching nuts (enough for a complete engine) and a packet of ARP assembly lubricant. Fits the 1600cc water-cooled engine used in the VW Rabbit / Golf and Scirocco, and the 1.8L VW Corrado G60 engine.

Does not fit later VW 1.8L / 2.0L or 1.6T engines.
