ARP Rod Bolt Kit, Ford V6 2.8L & 2.9L

High-performance ARP Rod Bolts are constructed of 8740 chrome moly steel, heat treated to 200,000 psi tensile strength -- stronger than any OEM rod bolt! The threads are rolled (not cut) after heat treatment (not before). This costs a little more, but the resulting threads are stronger and more accurate for the ultimate in durability.

This kit includes twelve rod bolts with matching nuts and a packet of ARP assembly lubricant. Fits Ford 2.8 and 2.9 liter "Cologne" V6 engines with standard connecting rods (not for Cosworth BOA / BOB version). Does not fit "Essex" or Duratec V6 engines.
