Replace your stock main bearing cap bolts with high-strength ARP main bolts for improved engine life and reliability!
ARP High Performance main bolts are made from 8740 chrome moly steel, heat-treated to 180,000 psi tensile strength with threads that are rolled (not cut) after heat treatment (not before) for superior strength and precision.
This set fits 1962 to 2001 260/289/302 and 5.0L small-block Ford V8 engines with 4-bolt main caps. Includes 1/2" main bolts, 7/16" outer main bolts, one main stud for oil pickup tube mounting, matching hardened washers, and a packet of ARP assembly lube. Works with front or rear sump pans.
Does not fit Dart "SHP" block.
