ARP Speed Nuts&tm; are extreme-quality lug nuts designed for pro racing, where even a small problem with a single lug nut during a pit stop can cost you the race.

The chrome moly steel nuts are constructed of chrome moly steel, heat-treated to a 190,000 psi tensile strength rating. Then they are shot-peened to relieve stresses from manufacturing, and then Magnafluxed TWICE to assure absolute reliability. The profiled nut face provides easy installation and quick socket releases without jamming. The Alumotef III gold-colored coating resists corrosion and looks great.

These nuts have 5/8-11 UNC (coarse) threads to fit IMCA Wide-5 hubs. The threads are finished at the factory, so they are ready to run directly out of the package -- no thread chasing needed. Set of 10 nuts is enough for two wheels.
