This backlight kit includes a bulb holder that twists into a circuit-board mount and two bulb options: a low-wattage #161 and a higher-wattage #168. This type of backlight was primarily used in Auto Meter in-dash tachometers and speedometers. The gauge will have a plug in the wiring harness that plugs into the bulb holder in this kit.

Not used on "through-the-dial" backlit gauges or gauges with color-changing backlight.
