Tilton 5.5" OT-3 Clutch Disc, 7/8x10 Ext Hub, BMC/Triumph

This 5 1/2" sintered metallic clutch disc fits our Tilton OT-III Single Disc Clutch (Part No. 173-60).

The 7/8" x 10 spline has been used on cars from BMC and Triumph, including the Sprite/Midget and Hillman Imp. The extended "F-Type" hub (0.55" long overall) projects through the center of the clutch disc by 0.16". This provides more spline area for higher torque capability than the basic "A-Type" hub, at the expense of flywheel clearance. Sold individually.

Tilton's minimum recommended clutch disc thickness is 0.074" in single-disc clutches or 0.089" on dual disc clutches. New clutch discs measure 0.104" thick.

Note: Not for street use. This disc is not designed to work with any OEM clutch.
