Boots for 94mm OD Lobro CV Joints (78mm Bolt Circle)

We offer two different types of boots to fit our 94mm OD Lobro-style CV joints (Part Nos. 1471 and 1473, sold separately). The nominal bolt circle diameter is 6 x 78mm on both versions.

The Aero boot (shown at left in photograph) has no convolutions and is much more aerodynamic than the OEM bellows-style boot. The Aero boot limits the CV joint angularity to a maximum of approximately 6 degrees. Note: The actual bolt hole circle on this version measures slightly larger than 78mm. A little work with a file or rotary tool to elongate the holes will loosen the fit for easy installation. This version does not include any grease or installation hardware.

The Standard bellows-style boot (shown at right) is much more flexible and is able to exceed the joint's full 12 degrees of travel. This version includes a packet of high-quality CV joint grease and OEM-type installation hardware.
