This super-tough, flexible gasket eliminator boasts three times the oil resistance of generic RTV silicones. Black RTV withstands intermittent temperatures up to 625°F (330°C), 25% higher than Blue RTV. It also stays flexible and oil resistant longer, which makes it ideal for assemblies that are intended to be permanent. Low odor, non-corrosive formula seals gaps up to 0.25" (6mm). (Not recommended for use on head gaskets or parts immersed in gasoline.) 6.42 oz (190ml) tube.
This part number replaces the previous-generation LT-2093362 / LT-40463. The size and RTV formulation are exactly the same, but the propellant is now less damaging to the environment.
