These ball plungers are a critical part of the system to keep your Hewland or Webster Mk-series gearbox in gear, but years of shifting can wear them down until they no longer hold securely. If your gearbox pops out of gear when you let off the throttle, try installing new detent balls. Each gearbox uses 6 balls. Replaces Hewland part number FT2021. Sold individually.
