Are you firing on all cylinders? A compression test is so easy to do, it should be the first step in determining the health of any engine. Just remove the spark plugs, thread in the compression tester, and crank the engine. No compressed air source is required. If the engine has any major issues affecting cylinder sealing (burned pistons, broken rings, bent valves, or even a blown head gasket), it will show up on a compression test. Analog gauge reads to 300 psi. Fits common 14mm spark plug threads.
Our Remote Starter Button (Part No. LA45795, sold separately) makes it easy to crank the engine over without a helper!
