This hand-held nibbler from Beta Tools will make quick work of cutting sheet metal, at a great price! Tin snips and sheet metal shears are great for shallow cuts, or cutting along the edge of a sheet. But when you need to cut straight through the middle of a sheet, nothing beats a nibbler. Instead of pushing the workpiece or the cutoff piece up, down, or to the side, a nibbler removes a small piece with each "nibble". This particular design curls the waste up and out of the way as you go.
The long handles (11" / 280mm overall length) give plenty of leverage to cut through sheet metal with ease. Cuts sheet metal up to 19 gauge (3/64" / 0.047" / 1.2mm thick) sheet steel.
