Fuel Safe Foam Baffling Only for Pro Cell

Brand: Fuel Safe Fuel Cells

Fuel cell foam reduces fuel sloshing and minimizing the chance of explosions, but it does deteriorate over time. Broken-down foam eventually clogs fuel filters, fuel pumps, and carburetors. We recommend replacing fuel cell foam baffling at least every three years.

This replacement fuel cell foam is available in standard sizes to fit the stock Fuel Safe fuel cell sizes, but can be trimmed with scissors or a knife to fit any fuel cell. The foam is supplied in multiple blocks which can also be easily rearranged or cut into different shapes as needed. It is compatible with hydrocarbon fuels and alcohol blends up to E85. Not for use with straight alcohol fuels.

We also offer a single 2 Gallon Fuel Cell Foam Cube to repair small damaged areas, or for smaller fuel cells.
