Forged Aluminum Hose Ends for 811 / 825 / 910 PTFE Hose

These reusable aluminum hose ends require no special tooling to assemble, so you can build hoses at the track. They are designed exclusively for use with our 811 PTFE-Lined Stainless Steel Braided Racing Hose (Part No. 3480), 825 PTFE-Lined Polyester Braided Fuel Hose (Part No. 3495), or 910 PTFE-Lined Aramid Braided Racing Hose (Part No. 3490). They are not compatible with any other type of hose. Silver and black anodized aluminum for easy identification.

Hose Assembly Instructions for Type 811 and Type 910 Hose

Note: If you have not used these hose ends before, the first thing you will notice is that the silver collar slides right off the black body. This is normal. The two pieces do not actually contact each other until the fitting is completely assembled. The collar is a slightly loose fit over the hose (it's only there to provide a hex for final tightening of the fitting), and the inner body threads itself into the PTFE liner in the hose.
