These adapters make it easy to install your mechanical temperature gauge in any AN hose!
Simply screw the special cap onto your AN824 Male AN Tee Fitting (Part No. 3228, sold separately) and screw in the sensing bulb gland nut. The aluminum adapter has a female AN size thread with a 37° taper in one end, and a 5/8-18 female thread in the other. Sold individually.

* The length shown is the SAE standard for the distance from the end of the branch AN flare to the centerline of the run. A bulb of the specified length will preserve 50% unobstructed flow. If your sensing bulb is longer, you can add our Mechanical Temperature Gauge Bulb Extender Nut (Part No. 1209, sold separately) to move the bulb farther out from the tee.
