These compact yet heavy-duty clamp assemblies are designed to provide a leak-free rigid union between two tubes which can be easily disconnected.

Each assembly includes one male weld-on ferrule, one female weld-on ferrule, a bolt-together outer clamp ring, and two O-rings. Just weld a ferrule to the end of each pipe, install the O-rings into their grooves, slip the male ferrule into the female, and bolt the clamp together over the assembly.

This assembly results in a rigid connection with very little give or misalignment, perfect for situations that require more than one joint in a tube. Since the clamp is held together with bolts (in shear, not in tension), there is no worry about an over-center spring clamp coming loose. And the bolted connection uses a nut and bolt, so you won't ever strip threads out of the aluminum clamp.

All components except the bolts and O-rings are constructed of 6061-T6 billet aluminum. The outer clamp ring is black anodized; the ferrules are left uncoated for easy welding. The ferrules also have a small counterbore for your tubing to slip into to ensure a strong weld.

Note: Step sizing is not possible with these clamp assemblies (e.g., the male ferrule from the 3.00" assembly will only work with the female ferrule and clamp from the 3.00" assembly).
