Keep flame and heat out of the driver's compartment by sealing the holes in your firewall where hoses or wire harnesses pass through.
These grommet seals have a large diameter rubber insert bonded to a metal ring. The 0.120" thick rubber insert is solid (no hole), so you can cut it to fit whatever you have to seal around -- even if the item isn't round. The 0.040" thick metal ring has four 1/8" diameter holes for easy mounting. Sold individually. The size shown is the nominal outside diameter of the metal ring.

Note: The use of a gasket punch or similar "cookie cutter" type tool, backed up by a piece of wood, is highly recommending when cutting these grommets. Cutting with a knife, scissors, drill, etc will produce poor results and damage the seal!
