These cables each have a female 5-pin 712 (screw-in) connector on one end and a male 5-pin 712 connector on the other. The 5-pin 712 connector is used on all AiM dash and data logger CAN inputs. These cables will extend the reach of CAN hubs and other accessories by 1 meter (39"), 2 meters (78"), or 3 meters (118"). Sold individually.
These extension cables can also solve some headaches when using the original AiM GPS Module (Part No. MC-312). That version, identified by the separate "module" and "antenna" sections, was very sensitive to EM interference around the cable connecting the antenna to the module. Use this cable to relocate the module closer to the antenna to bypass those sources of interference. (The newer GPS05 houses everything inside the antenna and is not as sensitive to interference.)
