PFC Racing Brake Pads, FF, F2000 Lockheed LD20 (CP2399, D5)
Fits Lockheed LD20 calipers as commonly used on Formula Ford, Formula Continental, and FF2000. All ICP-20 lightweight brake calipers use this pad size. Also fits Brembo 20.3655.0 and AP CP2561 (1977-85 Formula 1) calipers, though it is slightly thinner than the 16.8mm thick CP2554 pad. AP pad shape CP2399. FMSI D005.
01 Compound has a very high, very flat torque curve for good initial bite, excellent pedal modulation, and a fast, smooth release. Torque rises very little with temperature, which makes these pads very predictable. Easy on rotors and long-wearing. All-purpose pad for a variety of racing applications.
11 Compound improves on both the bite and the release of the popular 01 compound. The very high, very flat torque curve allows easy pedal modulation with a fast, smooth release. Its controlability makes it ideal in tricky low-grip situations (low downforce, hard spec tires, greasy track surface).
13 Compound has ultra-high bite and very high friction for sprint racing on high grip tracks or with very high downforce cars. Excellent release characteristics for smooth braking with exceptional control and modulation. Very high fade resistance at high temperatures. Pad wear is similar to 01 Compound, with superior disc conditioning. Recommended for fast cars with high downforce that can take advantage of increased bite in the first 1/3 of the stop.
