This metal plate gets installed between your Ford Modular V-8 engine block and your manual transmission bellhousing. It is designed in part to position your starter for proper alignment to the ring gear.

Fits Ford 4.6L/5.4L Modular V-8 engines (except Ford GT) with manual transmissions only. Can be used with Ford Racing bellhousing # M-6392-M46 (sold separately). Does not include mounting hardware.
