Tilton OT-III Heavy Duty 5.5" Clutch Floater Plate Only

This floater plate fits Tilton OT-III Heavy-Duty 5 1/2" multi-plate clutches. Plates should be periodically checked for warping due to heat. Maximum allowable warpage is 0.008". Floater plates should never be resurfaced, but should be replaced. 3-disc clutches require 2 floater plates; 4-disc clutches take 3 floater plates. Sold individually.

Note: For Heavy-Duty series only. Standard OT-III and Sport 5.5 clutches use a different Tilton OT-III Clutch Floater Plate, Part No. 173-56.
