If you need to fabricate an air intake system with tight bends, this 4.00" OD 360 degree aluminum donut is an excellent way to start. Just cut the donut into whatever angles you need and weld the tubing pieces into the desired shape.* Constructed of 2.03mm (5/64") thick premium quality T6063 grade aluminum. Sold individually.
The overall OD of this 4" donut is approximately 9 1/2" and the donut ID is approximately 1 1/2".
* Note: The inner seam (along the inside edge of the bend) is not welded at the factory. This may cause minor distortion of the tube shape and size during cutting. To avoid this distortion, tack weld the inner section prior to cutting. After cutting, finish by welding the entire seam.
