Aluminum Tubing Donuts for Intake Fabrication

If you need to fabricate an air intake system with tight bends, these 360-degree aluminum donuts are an excellent way to start. Just cut the donut into whatever angles you need and weld the tubing pieces into the desired shape.* Each one is constructed of 2.03mm (5/64") thick premium quality T6063 grade aluminum.

* Note: The inner seam (along the inside edge of the bend) is not welded at the factory. This may cause some distortion of the tube shape and size during cutting. To avoid this distortion, tack weld the inner section prior to cutting. After cutting, finish by welding the entire seam.
