This solid-state cylindrical style fuel pump runs on 24 volts for marine and military applications. Facet pumps are compatible with gasoline, alcohol blends (up to and including E85), diesel, biodiesel, and fuel additives.
Facet part number 476883(F)*. Military NSN number 2910-00-710-6054. This pump has been used as original equipment by BAE, Fermont, GM, Hunter Mfg, and other industrial companies and military suppliers.
Maximum fuel delivery 32 gallons per hour at free flow. Maximum pressure 4 to 5 psi. Typical flow 15 gph @ 1.5 psi. 1/8 NPT female ports. This pump includes a 74 micron internal filter. It does not have an anti-siphon valve, so fuel can be pulled through the pump when it is turned off. Features a built-in EMI filter to minimize radio interference. Reliable solid-state construction means no points to burn out.
* Part Number Note: 477883F replaces 477883, 477883, and 477883E. The older 477883 and 477883I "Interrupter" pumps used breaker-point contacts to activate the piston. Newer 477883E and 477883F replaced the points with more reliable solid-state technology. 477883, 477883I, and 477883E all had the EMI suppressor located externally in the positive wire. The latest 477883F revision has an internal suppressor for a more compact installation.
