Facet Dura-Lift II pumps are designed to run industrial engines in applications such as refrigerated trucks and generators, but they are also excellent for fuel filtration systems. The very high vertical lift capability makes them ideal for feeding a high-pressure pump when the tank is located more than a few feet below the main pump. The new Dura-Lift II generation is more compact and lighter than the popular Dura-Lift series. The Dura-Lift II body has a 4-pin female Deutsch DT Series electrical connector rather than a permanently-attached wiring pigtail.
The solid-state design eliminates electrical breaker points, bearings, and diaphragms. The new microprocessor control is epoxy potted for the ultimate in reliability. The cleanable stainless steel 80 micron filter is housed in a transparent bowl for easy monitoring. An internal one-way valve minimizes drain-back to the tank, but fuel can be pulled forwards through the pump when it is turned off. All Facet pumps are fully compatible with gasoline, alcohol blends (up to and including E85), diesel, biodiesel, and fuel additives.
The 70101-01 model is capable of delivering up to 33 gallons per hour at free-flow, or 8 to 12 psi maximum pressure. Female 1/8 NPT inlet and outlet ports, 12 volt negative ground. Self-priming to 120" of dry lift for easy mounting. This model is an ideal replacement for the cam-driven mechanical lift pump on 1983-94 Ford medium-duty trucks and vans with the International-Navistar 6.9L or 7.3L IDI diesel engine. It is supplied without a wiring pigtail (you must supply a 4-pin Deutsch DT Series connector Plug to match the female plug in the pump body). This version is intended primarily to replace a damaged pump when the wiring pigtail is still intact, but it is also a solid choice when you plan to build your own wiring harness.

This model is a direct replacement for Facet Dura-Lift model 40223 or model 40222 when the appropriate wiring pigtail is added.
