Stainless steel band clamps are designed for securing header wrap, but they also come in handy for other high-temperature applications where nylon zip ties just won't do. Even our high-quality nylon ties should not be used in temperatuers above 185° F (85° C).
This universal kit includes twelve 9" long stainless steel straps. This length can be installed around a tube or bundle up to approximately 2 3/4" diameter. Each 5/16 inch wide strap has a lock at one end. Installs like zip ties -- just insert the loose end through the lock and pull tight. Bend the "tail" back and forth several times to snap off the excess.
