Thermo Tec Pipe Shield, 3 Foot

The Thermo-Tec Pipe Shield insulates your cold air intake pipe from power-robbing exhaust heat. The woven mat insulates against convection, while the aluminized outer layer blocks 90% of radiant heat. Hose clamps integrated into the shield allow easy installation on any rigid pipe*. Three foot length.

* Note: Not for use on exhaust pipes. This shield is designed for use on the pipe to be protected from heat, not the pipe giving off heat. To keep heat inside an exhaust pipe, use on of our Header Wraps and Exhaust Blankets.
