Tilton Bolt-On Brake Bias Bar Assembly for 78-Series Masters

This unique bias bar is designed specifically for the Tilton 78-Series Rear Pivot Master Cylinders (sold separately). The open design allows unimpeded motion in 2 directions while needle bearing pivots contribute to smooth operation and repeatability.

Unlike traditional bias bars which get welded to the brake pedal, this bar is bolted in place to allow adjustability in pedal ratio. The bolt-on mount is designed to fit the Tilton 900-Series pedal assemblies, but it could be adapted to nearly any firewall-mount or overhung brake pedal. The 3/8-24 female threaded clevises will not work with conventional master cylinders. 7/16-20 threaded bar is designed for 2.6" center-to-center master cylinder spacing.

This is the same bias bar assembly used on Tilton 900-Series Firewall-Mount and Overhung brake pedals. It does not fit 800- or 850-Series pedals, or 900-Series Floor Mount brake pedals.
