To keep the SFI and FIA rating, HANS Device tethers must be replaced every 2 years, after an incident, or as soon as the tether begins to show any wear.

This quick-release replacement tether fits the Sport II Series HANS Devices with QC anchors only. It does not fit the Pro, Extra, or original Sport series. Includes tether, tether carriers, and carrier screws.

Note: This tether kit does not include any QC Helmet Anchors (Part No. 9589-016).
