Floating Saddle Mount

These clever mounts let you put a tab anywhere you want on a chassis tube with no welding required! Simply clamp it to your tube using two of our T-Bolt Clamps (Part No. 3614, sold separately). The tab is perpendicular to the tube (a bolt through the tab will be parallel to the tube). A small ridge at each end of the saddle keeps the hose clamps in place. Excellent for mounting control cables, brake lines, or bodywork supports. 1/8" thick chromoly tab is TIG-welded to the 1/16" thick chromoly saddle. All sizes have a 3/8" diameter hole.

NOTE: Despite their robust construction, these mounts are for mounting non-critical items only! They are NOT to be used for mounting suspension parts or driver restraints. SCCA specifically prohibits the use of hose clamps for mounting window nets.
