TDI Grooved and Scalloped Brake Disc Only

These grooved discs are designed as an alternative to the crossdrilled discs supplied on our Lightweight 2-Piece Formula Car Brake Rotors, Part Nos. 3540-01 through 3540-04. Straight radial grooves in the friction surface help to clear dust and gas from the brake pad surface, but without any worries about cracking. The scalloped outer edge removes excess weight from the outside diameter, reducing both overall mass and rotating inertia. As an added bonus, the scalloping helps to alleviate problems associated with heat expansion and contraction.

All of these rotors are 0.285" thick and have a 6x5.56" bolt circle for attachment to a special hat using countersunk 1/4" Allen screws (hat and hardware sold separately). Ferrous construction complies with SCCA Club Racing rules. Sold individually.

Part No. 3544-002-01 fits Part Nos. 3540-01 and 3540-03 and is generally used with LD19 calipers.
Part No. 3541-002-02 fits Part Nos. 3540-02 and 3540-04 and is generally used with LD20 calipers.

All of these discs are are legal for SCCA Formula Ford, Formula Continental, Sports 2000, and Club Formula Ford.
