The Alpinestars GP Tech 3-layer driver's suit was designed in collaboration with pro drivers from F1, WEC, and NASCAR to eliminate all compromises. The matte (not shiny) Nomex® outer layer is backed up by a flame-retardant aramid knit lining to protect without bulk. The v4 revision boasts an Alpinestars-exclusive twill outer shell that is more breathable than before, without any additional weight. Knit panels at the knees, in the crotch, up the sides of the torso, on the elbows, and across the small of the back provide freedom of movement and ventilation. Even detail areas like the knit wrist and ankle cuffs have been lightened to minimize weight and bulk. "Boot cut" legs hide the ankle cuffs inside conventional-looking straight legs for a contemporary look.

The twill (not shiny) outer layer is available in Black with white Alpinestars logos.

Certified to SFI 3.2A/5 standards. European sizing; see chart below.
