Red Line Synthetic High-Temperature ATF is formulated for use in heavily-loaded vehicles using Dexron III®, Dexron II®, Mercon®, Mercon 5®, or Toyota T-IV ATF.

High-Temp ATF allows operating temperatures up to 70° F higher than traditional ATFs, while still maintaining thicker viscosity and superior protection. It is also less prone to evaporation and protects better against varnish than standard ATF. Provides the gear protection of GL-4 gear oil, which extends the life of the final drive in automatic transaxles. Excellent for tow vehicles!

High-Temp ATF is suitable for use in manual transmissions which call for an ATF, but Red Line MTL Manual Transmission Lubricant (Part No. 1693-MTL) will provide better wear protection and low-speed shiftability in most cases.
