Apply Red Line Assembly Lube to all potential wear surfaces (bearings, bushings, etc) during engine building to prevent metal-to-metal contact during initial startup. It clings to surfaces to provide three times greater film strength than conventional black Molybdenum Disulfide greases, but it will not clog your oil filter. It is safe to use with all metals and is compatible with all petroleum and synthetic oils. It also makes an excellent rust inhibitor, allowing the storage of parts for years.
