This slick radiator filler can solve a bunch of cooling system headaches all at once!

First, it is designed to mount in a 1 1/2" (38mm) ID radiator hose. If your upper rad hose is higher than the radiator, this will help you to ensure a complete fill and minimize air pockets in the system. This also means that you don't have to pay extra for a filler neck on your custom radiator.

Inside, a filter screen and a sludge trap help to keep your system clean, which means a more efficient radiator. Just unscrew the cap and lift out the trap using the convenient handle. The screen -- and all the debris -- will come out with it. Wipe off the trap, rinse out the screen, and you're good to go!

The filler and O-ring sealed cap are both machined from solid billet aluminum and then black anodized. The inlet and outlet also have -16 (1 5/16-12) female threads to accept 16AN threaded fittings (not included) if you'd rather not use 1.5" ID rubber hose. Sold individually. Hose clamps not included.

Note: This filler is designed to use the included threaded cap only. It will not accept a conventional quarter-turn radiator cap.
