This Y-cable is intended specifically to connect two AiM Analog Rear Cameras (Part No. MC-390, sold separately) to your AiM "1.2" version MX-Series dash (MXS 1.2, MXP, or MXG 1.2 including Strada versions). The extra-long cable lets you mount one camera 6 meters (19 feet 8 inches) from the dash and the other camera 4 meters (13 feet) from the logger. It is perfect for using one camera as a backup camera and another as a rearview mirror or front-facing ("curb view") camera.
Two 5-pin female 712 screw-in Binder connectors accept the two cameras, and a 5-pin male 712 screw-in Binder connector at the other end screws into the 5-pin port between the two large harness connectors on the back of the dash. The male end is 1.5 meters (5 feet) from where the two female-ended cables split. Cables are sold individually.
Note: This cable works with the AiM version of the camera (with a 712 connector cable) only. Cameras purchased elsewhere will require a different adapter cable.
