This harness plugs into the 37-pin connector on the AiM MXL2 and MXG/MXP/MXS data logging dashes. This is an alternative to the harness included with new dashes.
The Primary Harness will provide access to the following functions:
Analog sensor channels 1, 2, 3, 4
Digital wheel speed channel 1
Optical lap timing sensor input
USB connection**
CAN expansion
GPS input***
Power, Ground, CAN and K Line ECU connection*
* Note: This special harness has an OBD-II (diagnostic port) connector to allow direct connection to your OBD-2 compliant ECU. This port is normally found on late-model street vehicles but not on purpose-built racing vehicles, or vehicles with an aftermarket racing ECU.
** Requires AiM MXL2/MXG/MXP//MXS USB Adapter Cable, Part No. MC-254 (sold separately).
*** GPS09 Module sold separately.
