Increase the efficiency of your Chillout system by letting it breathe in fresh air instead of the hot, stale air inside the racecar!
This intake plenum is designed specifically for attachment to the intake side of the Chillout Quantum Cooler V3 (sold separately). The 10 3/8" x 4 1/2" flange fits into a slot on the side of the V3 cooler to direct cooler outside air into the cooler. Connect a 4" duct hose (such as our Part No. 3620-4.00-12 Foot, sold separately) to the plenum and aim the hose to pull fresh air in from outside the car. This 4" size flows about 50% more air than the more common 3" size!
Genuine carbon fiber construction needs no adhesive or hardware to attach to the V3 cooler.* Adds approximately 4 1/4" to the width of the cooler. Sold individually; each cooler can only take one plenum. Duct hose, inlet duct, and hose clamps are all available separately.
* Quantum V1 owners: The V1 did not have the slot to hold this plenum. You may be able to use this plenum with the V1 cooler with slight modification and the addition of some double-stick tape.
