This special sock-type filter is intended to replace the restrictive OEM air filter and intake duct assembly on Ducati 748, 916, and 996 models. The three-stage foam is designed to trap and hold more dust and dirt than a single-layer filter ever could, while maximizing air flow. This filter flows so much better than the factory filter that you should expect to do some tuning to take full advantage. Sold individually (two filters are shown to illustrate top and bottom). One filter covers both intake trumpets.

ITG foam air filters should never be installed dry. ITG recommends cleaning and applying fresh Rock Oil Factory Eco Foam Filter Oil (Part No. 3818-001, sold separately) at least once a year.
